At Nicolette Family Dental, we are dedicated to creating healthy and beautiful smiles in a compassionate, comfortable, and caring setting. That all begins with a team of six, who deliver personal care to you, our patients.
Dr. Nicolette has been practicing dentistry since 1995. After being born and raised near Chicago, Illinois, he attended Ohio University. There, he met his wife of 30 years, Cindy. He graduated dental school from University of Illinois, returning to Ohio to pursue his career. Dr. Nicolette purchased the practice nearly 25 years ago. He and Cindy have six children: Nathan, Noah (Sydney), Maddie (Caleb), Anna, Antonio, and Jonathan. In his spare time, you will find Doc pursuing his passion of fishing.
Cindy graduated from Grove City High School in 1987. She attended Ohio University for her undergraduate degree, where she met Dr. Nicolette. She continued her education at the University of Illinois and received her Master’s in Social Work. Cindy worked with adolescents and families in a residential treatment center in Illinois until 1995. Dr. Nicolette and Cindy have been married for 30 years and have 6 children. After homeschooling for nearly 15 years, Cindy is now part of our team acting as our Practice Administrator. Cindy’s hobbies include healthy cooking, tennis, and enjoying the beach.
Jamie was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Eastland Career Center in 1998. She has worked alongside Dr. Nicolette since 2004. Initially, she worked as a Dental Assistant but has found a new home in our front office. She is a wiz at navigating insurance plans. After 18 years of service, she is invaluable to the practice. She is happily married to her husband, Rich. Together they have four sons, a daughter, three grandbabies, and two fur babies.
Tanea was born and raised in Springfield Ohio, and recently moved to Columbus. She graduated as a dental assistant in May of 2022. She is no stranger to the dental community, as her mom has been in the dental field for nearly half her life. She loves being a positive spirit and helping to create a beautiful smile.
In her free time she likes to practice the art of makeup, and going to the gym. She also loves being a big sister and an aunt.
Sydney is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She has been a practicing hygienist since 2017. She enjoys building long-term relationships with our patients while improving their smiles. Sydney is gentle and kind, putting patient comfort first. In her free time, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, Noah. Together, they love to travel, cheer on the Buckeyes, and cook. Sydney’s personal passion is a green thumb. She loves caring for her many houseplants.
Maddie, the daughter of Dr. Nicolette, graduated in 2020 from Otterbein University with a BFA in photography. Starting her photography business in 2019, Maddie Nicolette [takes photos] Ltd. Maddie loves capturing authentic smiles and building lifelong relationships.
Maddie feels most at home behind her camera; however, in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Caleb, and playing Catan with friends. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time in nature.
