Cindy graduated from Grove City High School in 1987. She attended Ohio University for her undergraduate degree, where she met Dr. Nicolette. She continued her education at the University of Illinois and received her master’s in social work. Cindy worked with adolescents and families in a residential treatment center in Illinois until 1995.

Dr. Nicolette and Cindy have been married for 30 years and have six children. After homeschooling for nearly 15 years, Cindy is now our team's practice administrator. Cindy’s hobbies include healthy cooking, tennis, and enjoying the beach.

Autumn is a dedicated dental assistant and proud mom of three. She enjoys helping others and making a positive difference in their day. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family, staying active and shopping for new plants to add to her collection. She also loves decorating for the seasons and holidays, and finding little ways to make spaces feel warm and inviting. She values staying busy, learning new things, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally in the dental field.

Libby is our Dental Hygiene Assistant. She works alongside Jamie and the hygiene team, giving patients comfortable, high-quality care. She helps with patient preparation, chairside support, and sterilization. She strives to put nervous patients at ease, so every visit goes comfortably and smoothly. Libby grew up in a small northwest Ohio town with zero stoplights, and dentistry runs in the family. Both her mom and older twin sisters work in the dental field as well. Outside the office, she loves exploring nature, quality family time, and trying out new baking recipes.
